A champion for economic stability and advancement for all Minnesotans, Kelly has dedicated her entire career of 20-plus years to ensuring that Minnesota’s most disparate community members have opportunities for personal, social and economic success. She is an innovative leader in workforce development and social services, committed to creating pathways for careers and jobs for ALL individuals.Kelly’s accomplishments are in creating systems that impel innovation, integration and expansion. The innovative care and service delivery systems she’s spearheaded have positioned three organizations – Avivo (formerly RESOURCE), CommonBond Communities, and Goodwill-Easter Seals - for strong community outcomes.She is a board member of the University of Wisconsin – Stout Foundation and chairs its Scholarship Committee, current board chair of Stepping Stone Emergency Housing, board member of Totino-Grace High School and has served on the boards of the following organizations: the National Transitional Jobs Network, Access Press (Minnesota’s Disability Newspaper), Minnesota Association of Community Rehabilitation Organizations, and Minnesota Rehabilitation Association.

With locations in the Twin Cities, Princeton and St. Cloud, Minnesota, residents in 17 Minnesota counties find culturally-responsive services and support to improve stability and self-sufficiency.•Provides strategic vision, leadership and responsibility for a nonprofit organization with $29 million annual budget and 380 employees.•Facilitated integration of chemical and mental health services to improve service delivery that serves more than clients annually.•Partnered with state legislature to secure multi-year, workforce appropriation for ongoing employment services for individuals in recovery.•Partner in development of a new alliance of mental health organizations, called the Minnesota Community Healthcare Network, whose work is to integrate care coordination across health care systems through electronic health care technology.
