About Kelly Masini
I am a possibility driven HR professional with over 15 years of experience leading teams and delivering results in retail operations, distribution and human resources across a global organization. I have established a proven track record for developing talent, effectively working with global, cross-functional teams and experienced with a broad range of HR functions. I have gained a breadth of experience leading and supporting in new store and distribution center openings and leading HR in a high growth environment. I am energized by taking complex problems and distilling them down into simple, clear solutions and strategies. I operate with a do less better mindset and I am grounded in my personal core values, life purpose and dedicated to building an amazing employee experience. Outside of my work experience, some of my most fulfilling moments have come through my passion for fitness and beginning my parenthood journey. These include summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania with my sister, accomplishing full and ultramarathons, hiking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, triathlon, and completing a Goruck challenge and bringing a child into the world and navigating being working parent.
