I was asked by a new contact recently, whether I knew “my Why” – why HSEQ? I could give you chapter and verse on my why, but the short answer is it’s what makes me tick, there is no better feeling professionally when you succeed in helping others (be it clients, colleagues, volunteers, friends, or acquaintances) achieve their HSEQ goal. It’s a feel-good factor (a little selfish, I know) – knowing that you have made a difference – even a tiny difference to others HSEQ outlook.
