ABOUT KELLY LEE
At Birmingham Fastener, I will combine my decades of engineering, sales, and management to create growth in the East Region. My experience with regional development focusing on the water and wastewater industry, my engineering acumen, my public speaking and presentation skills will provide value to all waterworks distributors. At CROM, I was dedicated to helping build and restore concrete waterworks infrastructure. My process development techniques created successful change management to advocate for the value that CROM tanks bring. At Core & Main, I was dedicated to continuous growth and development of our sales initiatives. I built the Central Region’s Plant Group from the ground up while managing the North Region’s Treatment Plant team; championed the Municipal Rollout, bringing my planning and analytical experience to internal associates across the country for this specific market segment; immensely grew our NE Wisconsin territory sales; started the Wisconsin Treatment Plant Initiative; and combined my knowledge and Professional Engineering background to help our customers achieve well executed and complete jobs. At Robert E. Lee, I worked on both water and wastewater projects. I continued to develop my technical skills by writing reports, specifications, and regulatory permitting. I continued to do a vast amount of design work, and work with Clients closely during all facets of the projects. I managed multi-funding agency projects for government and State grants and loans. At Foth, I specialized in potable water systems. I designed many systems for small communities, and was fortunate to perform inspections on many design jobs. It was very rewarding to work on a project from conception to completion. Water Resources / Community Water Systems: Water source, water treatment, water distribution, and water storage. New and Modification designs. Water system analysis reporting. Water modeling. Permitting. Wastewater Systems: Headworks, primary treatment, and biological treatment. Infiltration and Inflow studies.
