About Kelly Lee

I am proud to have served in various executive positions throughout my 25+ year career, and I have had the privilege of making a positive impact on the economies and communities of the Philadelphia region. My experience spans across government, non-profit organizations, and the private sector. I have a unique ability to develop effective strategies that align with organizational missions and can bring together the most effective partners and collaborators for successful implementation. This skill is my superpower. Some highlights of my career include- Providing over $6M in funding to more than artists and arts organizations in Philadelphia, which supported over 700 free cultural programs in neighborhoods throughout the city- Creating more than internships for Philadelphia college students to keep talented and skilled workers in the region- Providing more than $3M in grants that trained workers and educated teachers and students in the life science industry of the Philadelphia region- Planning and supporting events that highlighted Philadelphia nationally and internationally, including several International Biotechnology Conventions, Welcome America, the Republican Convention, 2016 Democrat Convention, and leading Philadelphia’s participation in Little Amal Walks America.
