I actively lead, train and coach a lean group of diverse attorneys and legal professionals in enabling company success through smart business and legal practices that appropriately balance risk and reward. I also serve as Executive Director of Ingram Content Group\'s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, leading the company\'s mission to foster an inclusive environment. During the COVID-19 pandemic, a period of record growth for the company, I also served on the company\'s COVID Steering Committee, responsible for developing, communicating, and implementing workplace policies and procedures in an ever-changing environment.
