ABOUT KELLY KUNDRATIC

I\'m currently Agriculture Policy Director at Team Pennsylvania. I joined Team PA in 2018 to grow the organization’s partnership with the PA Department of Agriculture. My role is to direct state-level strategic opportunities and advance areas of economic growth for Pennsylvania’s food and agriculture industries which contribute over $132.5B annually to the economy. My passion for Pennsylvania agriculture was born early on, spending summers on my family\'s dairy farm in Wayne Co. Prior to joining Team PA, I worked at the MD Dept of Ag supporting the Farm to School program and as a high school agriculture teacher. I graduated from The Friedman School at Tufts University with a Master of Science in Agriculture, Food, and Environment and hold a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Extension Education from West Virginia University. Away from the office, I compete as a nationally-ranked NHRA drag racer, racing everything from my \'87 Monte Carlo (~140mph in the quarter mile) to a nitro-injected a/fuel dragster at speeds over 250mph. I care deeply about my communities and demonstrate my commitment by sharing my personal story to raise awareness about organ donation and transplantation and by serving as Board Chair of The LEAF Project, an organization that cultivates youth leaders through farming. In 2022, I was honored to be recognized as one of Drag Illustrated’s 30 Under 30 and Harrisburg Young Professionals 20 in their 20s for my achievements and continued leadership in my communities.
