Hello! I’m Kelly, a Human Resources professional with talent management and consulting experience in the Tech and Government industries. I currently lead our Employee Experience team at Calendly which means I get to create amazing experiences for all of our Cal Pals, including managers and leaders. We own everything from our performance management program to all Calendly training to our Belonging Groups and Engagement Surveys.‍ As a professional:I’ve had experience at a wide range of organizations, all where I have been tied to project management, consulting, talent strategy and enablement, and process improvement.
