I am a highly motivated leader and mechanical engineer with 15 years of experience in composites and the aerospace industry. I currently work for Otto Aerospace as a manufacturing engineering manager for wings, empennage, and power plant. Before joining the Otto team, I spent 13 years with Bell, Textron in multiple roles including: process engineering, manufacturing of advanced composite parts, aircraft assembly, managing internal and external integrated product teams, supplier management, project engineering, control accountmanagement (EVMS), and mechanical test engineering. I also volunteered for numerous charity and employee engagement campaigns throughout my time at Bell and served on the board for an employee resource group all of which improved company culture significantly through diversity, inclusion and belonging.
