I am a blessed individual who has had the pleasure of working in catering, event planning, and hospitality. I gained the start of my experience from John Michael Catering. I started as a server and grew into Sales and Planning but when the recession hit small businesses, I decided to give \"volume\" a try.I signed on to be part of the banquets department to start up a newly built Convention Center Hilton. After successfully running square banquet operation, I was given a great opportunity to relocate to Miami for high profile events and clients.I joined the Banquet team at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel located in the heart of South Beach. I specialized in planning and executing events, tastings, up-selling F&B, high profile events, all banquet training, and processing financials for department.After 5 years of South Beach, I took my talents to Philadelphia where I went back to my roots of selling and planning. I joined the award winning Rittenhouse Hotel as their Catering Sales Manager. I specialized Corporate & Social events, both selling and planning. After 2 years of exceeding sales goals, I was promoted to 100% sales. I\'m strong in client relationships, the sales process, finding new leads & keeping previous relationships, interpersonal communication and am a skilled multi-tasker.Like most everyone in hospitality, the pandemic forced me to pivot careers. I was able to bounce back to a fantastic opportunity with Uber as an Account Manager for their EATS division. Now my knowledge of F&B, account management & sales, I refocused to my clients on the restaurant side with over 300 accounts. Plus learning more systems & tech is a definite bonus!
