I am passionate about helping organizations find ways to engage their employees and improve their business results because engaged employees improve an organization’s revenue growth. I have over 20 years of experience as a Human Resources and Payroll professional and know how vital having workforce data is for companies to make critical business decisions. I leverage my experience in having managed a workforce with my knowledge of technology to help my clients solve problems and improve results. I was excited to come to work for Delphia Consulting almost a decade ago because the company had and has a combination of seasoned consulting staff supporting HRMS technology and a full development team to ensure our clients get the most out of the their systems. As an organization, Delphia Consulting continues to bring new products to market that ensure that Human Resources professional have the tools they need to be make good business decisions.
