ABOUT KELLY JASTREMSKI
CEO and Co-founder of P1 Dental Partners, a rapidly growing multi site Dental Partnership Organization with over 40 general and specialty practices located throughout Indiana and the Chicago land area. P1 stands for “Patient First, Provider Led, Striving for Excellence. “ A provider led platform, P1 honors the goodwill created by our doctors putting our team members and patients first. A practicing dentist for over 25 years in Bloomington, Indiana, Dr Jastremski (Dr J) built a large dental practice focusing on customer service using a KPI platform that helped create efficiencies and enhanced quality of care. Using the strategy that brought his practice 6 years of 15% growth Dr J began consulting, ultimately taking this skill set to help launch P1 Dental Partners. Prior to entering dental school Dr J was an All American high school swimmer then attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa on a swimming scholarship and was a 4 year varsity lettermen. When not hanging with his wife Heather and their 4 sons, Dr J enjoys sailing, diving and the beach life.
