I receive continuous guidance from veteran teachers, supervisors, and advisors to enhance my teaching practice.The district covers my tuition in exchange for one year of service, allowing me to focus on professional and academic growth. This fellowship counts toward initial licensure in Massachusetts. a solid foundation for my career in special education, equipping me with the skills and experience to effectively support young learners with moderate disabilities.
