I advise clients throughout the country and internationally on all aspects of IP, both contentious and non-contentious with a particular focus on \'soft\' IP. I also advise clients in related areas and I am a dual qualified solicitor and trade mark attorney.I assist clients in identifying, securing and protecting their intellectual property rights as well as on commercialising them for maximum value, for example through licensing arrangements. I have conducted a significant number of reported cases and have handled cases up to Court of Appeal level. I also often deal with contentious registry proceedings. I have consistently been individually ranked in both Chambers and the Legal 500 for the last 10 years. I enjoy building long standing relationships with clients which help them realise and protect the true value of their IP rights whilst watching their businesses go from strength to strength.
