With 25 years in a sales and leadership role, achieving top honors, awards and luxury incentive trips as an introvert, I decided to pursue my degree in psychology and then attain my coaching certificate. I am passionate about helping people become the best they can be in whatever area of their lives they want to focus on. It could be creating better habits, a health goal, navigating a big life change, or finding purpose. I believe none of us should leave anything on the table at the end of our lives.
