   In support of WSP\'s global business transformation objectives, I am responsible for enabling and leading a wide range of critical functions, managing the framework and execution for Oracle Platform enhancements intake, planning, delivery and communication, including metrics tracking and reporting, to ensure all gates leading to operational readiness are met, delivering value added business solutions for our employees at WSP.As support to the Strategic Leadership, I develop and maintain the strategy and framework for Release Management within the Oracle Fusion environment. I provide visionary leadership and collaboration with the global leads in identifying clear objectives for the Release Management team. I support prioritization of initiatives for the release management team and work closely with stakeholders to identify value added deliverables and progress a superior employee experience. As the lead of Release Management and a member of the Oracle platform leadership team, my accountabilities include efforts to streamline the process for the enhancement request review and management, reducing waste and improving efficiency.
