I speak to organisations about neurodiversity, inclusive leadership and preventing workplace conflict, grounded in lived experience as an autistic and ADHD leader and over 20 years in corporate environments.During Neurodiversity Celebration Week, I deliver keynotes and manager-focused sessions that go beyond awareness and focus on practical workplace change.I was diagnosed after 23 years working in corporate. For much of that time, I was masking and misunderstood.
