With a robust career spanning over two decades, I have excelled in both non-profit management, complex event planning and management, corporate strategy, and program development. I am deeply passionate about cause-related marketing the benefits of strong, complex non-profit and for-profit partnerships. I began their career with the American Heart Association, where I advanced from Administrative Assistant to Regional Vice-President, significantly increasing fundraising efforts and optimizing event management strategies. Moving on to the American Diabetes Association, I showcased exceptional growth in managing the cycling peer-to-peer fundraising events, propelling fundraising to new heights and developing successful corporate partnerships.In 2019, I transitioned to Galvanize, where I played a pivotal role in building the Galvanize Foundation, expanding corporate scholarships, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. My current focus as Program Manager for Veterans Benefits has been transformative, significantly increasing Veteran enrollment and placement in meaningful careers and securing substantial funding to support education benefits.
