Lead and assist in the continued development of the PHOENIX Trading (Whole Loan) team, by further integrating whole loan trading and analytics into the PHOENIX suite of services. Execute and manage whole loan principal purchase opportunities via BDTK and Solera Tranche I,II and which are investment funds structured for the purchase of performing, sub-performing and non-performing single family loans. Develop and deploy a comprehensive suite of tools and services related to the management, risk mitigation, valuation and analysis of whole loan portfolios for our clients. Provide high level strategic and transactional expertise across all of the PHOENIX companies. Further develop and solidify client relationships by leveraging the full array of PHOENIX expertise for the benefit of our clients.
