To be early is to be on time, to be on time is to be late and to be late is to be left\"- Ron Cable my high school band director repeated this mantra throughout my high school career and it stuck on a deep level. I believe that if work begins at 7:30 I arrive at 7:15 so that my coat is off, my coffee is made and I am at my desk when the work day begins. This saying means so much more than being timely though. Its a drive to meet and exceed my personal expectations and the expectations of those superior to me. I strive to give my very best and push myself. All through school teachers told my mother that I was \"sweet and vibrant, if only she could get organized\". I took this to heart and in my working life I have become vigilant and dedicated to organization and structure to reduce wasted time and unnecessary steps.
