My work bridges departments, breaks down silos, and ensures everyone—from operations to product to marketing—has the context, confidence, and support needed to move forward.What I Do: • Translate strategic vision and priorities into plain language, actionable plans, and clear next steps—making complexity approachable for every team. • Act as DeliverThat’s “safe person” and sounding board, providing a judgment-free zone for teams navigating new challenges or high-stakes projects for the first time. • Lead cross-functional communication efforts, ensuring everyone is on the same page, expectations are aligned, and wins (as well as lessons) are shared openly. • Build systems, frameworks, and documentation that make project intake, decision-making, and execution more transparent, predictable, and less overwhelming. • Champion a person-centered brand and marketing strategy, focusing on messaging that resonates with restaurant partners, drivers and internal stakeholders alike.
