I am responsible for leading and managing the Investigation and Interview functions within the Internal Investigation team, supporting Retail, Supply Chain, Geek Squad, and In-Home Service Channels. In this role, I oversee internal policies and practices, collaborating with business partners to refine processes that mitigate organizational risks associated with internal investigations.I direct the initiation, execution, and resolution of employee theft and fraud investigations, ensuring compliance with established SOPs and protocols for employee interviews. Additionally, I develop and manage a team of Investigation Analysts while supporting Investigators to uphold procedural integrity and facilitate timely case resolution.My responsibilities extend across various Field and Corporate departments, including Legal, Employee Relations, Global Theft and Fraud, and Organized Retail Crime teams. Through cross-functional collaboration, I work to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities that could lead to fraudulent activity within the organization.
