Here’s what I do: Client Success & Strategy: I meet with clients weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly for calibration calls to ensure our strategies are delivering results. Whether it’s brainstorming new ideas, adjusting plans, or cheering on their wins, I’m all in. Sales & Onboarding: I guide prospective clients through our sales process, making sure they’re a great fit and setting them up for long-term success from day one. Team Training & Mentorship: I work closely with our team, teaching, training, and empowering them to deliver exceptional work while keeping our culture collaborative and fun. Quality Control: From reviewing campaigns to refining strategies, I keep a close eye on every detail to ensure we’re always exceeding expectations. Leadership & Growth: I’m constantly seeking out ways to expand our services, refine our processes, and stay ahead of industry trends to keep our clients competitive.Creative Breaks: I like to say my dogs, Broozer, Murphy, & Piglette, are unofficial team members. Lunchtime sessions with them are part of my creative process (and theirs). Problem Solving & Firefighting: Like any business owner, I juggle surprises—from unexpected client requests to brainstorming solutions over my Ember coffee mug.Running Onlawn is more than a j-o-b to me. It’s my passion and my future. I love helping businesses in the green industry grow, thrive, and leave their mark.
