ABOUT KELLY DORAN LAFNITZEGGER

With a people-first approach, I am a dedicated HR executive who builds world-class talent programs and collaborative cultures that drive bottom-line business results. Known as both a strategic and operational leader, over the course of my career I have navigated unprecedented change while maintaining employee trust, instilling transparency, and inspiring growth. As Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources & Diversity Officer at AIG, I lead the company’s global human resources organization, designing and aligning HR strategy with enterprise goals and objectives. Building an environment that prioritizes professional development, I oversee talent acquisition and management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, DEI, and global corporate citizenship. Previously, I built a 35-year career as an HR leader at GE, helping global leaders and employees grow and creating inclusive cultures focused on candor and transparency. My experiences at GE spanned multiple industries—including HR leadership roles in GE’s Corporate, Capital, Healthcare, Global Research, Transportation and Power divisions. In my final position, I led the Separation Management Office supporting the successful spin-off of GE Vernova, the company’s portfolio of global energy businesses in 2024.
