Kelly Densmore joined South Florida Intervention at the beginning of 2021. She works with parents and other family members affected by another person’s drug or alcohol addiction to recover from codependency and stop behaviors that perpetuate substance abuse.In this role, Kelly holds ongoing coaching sessions with parents and teaches them how to care for themselves while their kids are in treatment. Additionally, she co-hosts a weekly meeting for South Florida Intervention’s recovering families.One of her goals is to get parents off the emotional roller coaster associated with having an addicted child making informed decisions that aid in arresting this family disease.
