Supported IT and facilities projects in a pharmaceutical organization through researching solutions and project management implementations in coordination with facilities management, PMO, technical subject matter experts, and vendors- Project managed the implementation of $1M Distributed Antenna System in coordination with technical subject matter experts, vendors and the PMO. Successfully and seamlessly bringing the solution online, on time and under budget across nine buildings- Researched, planned and executed the removal of a legacy Wireless Access Points across nine buildings in quick succession with minimal impact to business operations- Managed the installation of additional HVAC exhaust and returns for the company\'s café area, ensuring proper airflow was achieved for café staff- Managed the installation of gas detectors across multiple labs in different buildings in coordination with EH & S, electricians and the manufacturer. The project was successfully deployed, leading to a detailed plan for the next phase to install more gas detectors in additional labs.
