ABOUT KELLY DAVILA

With nine years of experience in the construction industry and four years in the energy sector, I’ve developed a strong foundation in driving growth, innovation, and team development. I created and scaled an inside sales program into a thriving career pathway and designed mentorship, onboarding, and training programs that have supported sales teams across North America.My experience in driving growth includes launching targeted digital marketing campaigns, leading go-to-market initiatives, and developing strategies to expand both market presence and wallet share. A key part of this work has involved equipping teams with the tools, training, and insights needed to execute effectively and grow the business. Additionally, I’ve led market research efforts and built data models to define addressable markets across industries, helping teams focus their efforts where it matters most.I\'m passionate about driving meaningful change, both within organizations and in the community. I’ve led Spanish-language supervisor training to expand access to leadership development and supported initiatives that contribute to long-term community impact. As the co-founder and former board member of a nonprofit focused on mentoring underserved high school students, I’m committed to creating opportunities for the next generation. In my current role as Director of Growth Operations & Transformation Management, I lead high-impact initiatives that foster team success and drive business transformation.
