ABOUT KELLY CRONIN

Kelly has extensive experience on a broad range of projects relating to condition surveys, construction observation, field quality assurance, facade leakage investigations, and evaluations of new and existing structures. Kelly\'s work has also included facade rehabilitation, the investigation and repair design for a variety of building types to address bulk rainwater penetration, condensation, and moisture-related deterioration of above and below-grade building enclosure materials, components and systems, including: steel, concrete, timber, brick masonry, cast stone, exterior insulation finishing system (EIFS), sealants, coatings, and aluminum/glass curtain wall. Kelly has also been involved in construction observation of several high-rise multi-family residential buildings, including preconstruction mock-up performance testing, design refinement, and field quality assurance services for masonry, precast, and aluminum window cladding components. Kelly joined WJE as a summer intern with the WJE San Francisco office in 2007, and joined the Washington, D.C. office as a full-time associate in 2008. Kelly was previously employed as an intern by French and Parrello Associates of Wall, New Jersey, while attending Carnegie Mellon University. As an undergraduate student, she researched nondestructive structural health monitoring of CFRP reinforced concrete beams.
