Hi there, and welcome to my profile!I’m the Manager of Tufts Medicine’s Employee Service Center, where our HR shared services team supports over healthcare professionals empowering them to focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care.I’m passionate about employee organizations, policy, compliance, project management, employee relations, internal investigations, risk mitigation, and driving operational excellence from both tactical and strategic perspectives. I’m naturally curious and never shy away from asking “why?” a mindset that fuels my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. I’ve completed multiple marathons, ultra-marathons and have recently found a passion for triathlons. I am driven by grit and a “glass half full” attitude that I bring to every challenge. You’ll often find me outdoors year-round, embracing activities that push my limits and nourish my mind, body, and soul.
