I am the lead Event Manager for the C&I Commercial Mid Market Sectors within NatWest. Covering the Individual Sectors, Propositions and Franchise teams.I sit in a Centre of Excellence for Event Management; working alongside the Marketing Lead to identify event opportunities, budget allocation and end to end delivery of events. Often part of wider project deliverables, events are planned in an agile framework with clear objectives, KPI\'s and goals. I have the ability to think innovatively, shaping and communicating new concepts and remain focused on emerging industry trends to drive improvement. I am responsible for- Stakeholder management- Audience acquisition- Delegate registration and invitation processes- End to end budget management and reconciliation- Brand alignment and messaging - Event ideation sessions involving all key stakeholders - Compilation of brief to engage all relevant suppliers- Date capture, insight and feedback for demonstrable ROI- Management of third party suppliers- Speaker management- Content management, pre, during and post event
