Engineer, Business Owner, City-dwellerKelly is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in both the private and non-profit sectors working on stormwater management, green infrastructure, site design, utilities, watershed planning, local NPDES program development & community engagement. Kelly founded CityScape in January 2014 to provide affordable & responsive engineering + permitting services to community partners and non-profits working on local greening projects. Over the last decade CityScape has grown from 1 to 9 talented full-time staff and expanded our services to include site design services for urban redevelopment and City open space and park projects. An avid City-dweller, Kelly enjoys exploring Baltimore’s many green trails, connecting to new people and places across the City, and cheering for the Birds. Go Orioles, Ravens, and EAGLES!
