Kelly is responsible for strategic oversight and direction of the CanEast Engineering practice including growth and expansion. He provides senior leadership input, advice and direction to key project issues across the Region, assisting Office Leads, Practice Leads and Project Directors with recommendations and guidance as project challenges emerge. Project management responsibilities include project overview and direction as well as project coordination and administration, client liaison, engineering reviews, designs, approvals, and studies.
