About Kelly Coates
I currently serve as a trustee and as President of the Carpionato Group of affiliated companies. As a trustee I work to maximize income and asset values for the beneficiaries of numerous trusts. As president of the Carpionato Group my efforts focus on maintaining long-time relationships with our lenders and lead tenants, coordinating the many development efforts of our skilled team and managing the many operating properties across southern New England. I am passionate about helping my numerous colleagues find growth and fulfillment in their careers, and in bettering life in the many communities where our properties are located.It has been my pleasure to have worked with the Carpionato family for 30+ years.I work extensively with many high-profile tenants as well as nonprofit institutions in migrating through the various opportunities and challenges that they face as they strive to relocate, expand and operate on a day-to-day basis.In my private life I volunteer in communities that are challenged by many societal issues and find joy in helping those who most need help.
