As part of the Accounting Controllership team, I support the Record-to-Report (RTR) process, collaborating closely with third-party providers and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth, compliant financial operations.Key Responsibilities & Highlights:Lead general accounting, intercompany, payroll accounting, and indirect tax processes with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.Manage period close activities and related controls, ensuring seamless execution and strong documentation across the close cycle.Serve as the BlackLine administrator for both account reconciliation and journal entry modules, overseeing user access, template optimization, and control compliance.Leverage SAP S/4 HANA to execute and monitor end-to-end RTR processes, ensuring data integrity across ledgers and modules.Use Power BI to interpret and share visual reports that help stakeholders make informed decisions and monitor process performance.Evaluate internal and outsourced controls for SOX compliance; proactively manage escalations within the RTR delivery model.Act as liaison between Tropicana and outsourced providers to ensure processes remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with business needs.Translate business requirements into technical specifications for improved process design and reporting functionality.Drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives to simplify, standardize, and automate workflows.Contribute to cross-functional projects, including ERP upgrades, acquisition integration, and operational redesign initiatives.Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Procurement, Supply Chain, Internal Audit, Human Resources, and regional Controllers to support audits, reporting, and strategic initiatives.Track and manage service levels and KPIs to ensure accountability and delivery against performance targets.
