ABOUT KELLY BROWN-DEBOSE

My knowledge and expertise of over 10 years has quickly turned around organizations in need of improvement in various areas. As an Educational Consultant and Learning and Development leader, my greatest strengths are developing integrated learning infrastructures that address diversity, equity and inclusion for all stake holders. This is done with curriculum implementation, data driven decision making, differentiation, culturally appropriate teaching, and building relationships with staff and learners. I design programs that enable instructors and facilitators to use various metrics to make informed choices on what areas of learning need re-teaching, redesign, development or enrichment. These learning programs train instructors on how to implement needs assessments, success criteria, and checklist to create lessons and check for understanding throughout each phase of the learning cycle. Instructional staff have guidance on how to create differentiated lesson based on the needs of the various learners\' cultures, learning strengths and learning styles. I have accomplished the results I mentioned above by involving various stakeholders in the design, implementation, and evaluation of said learning infrastructure and programs.
