About Kelly Brown
I\'m a graduate of Colorado School of Mines with a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering with a bias for action and results, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a career dedicated to creative problem solving, company/team building, risk management, and project management and execution. I have extensive operations and engineering experience including drilling, completions, workovers, fracture stimulation, production, reserves/reservoir, as well as business development experience including company growth, evaluations, acquisitions, and divestitures so I bring a unique, hands-on, and well-rounded perspective to companies I work for.Throughout my career I have worked in a variety of US geologic areas/basins including shallow, lower temperature and pressure reservoirs to deeper, high pressure, high temperature environments. I have also worked on a number of larger scale development projects, so I bring excellent planning and risk mitigation skills to the team, whether in the form of lead time planning for regulatory approvals or materials management, or in the form of overall project management to properly balance investment of both time and monetary resources with project risks and outcome goals.Above all else, I value dedication, integrity, ethics, and teamwork in a company culture. I pride myself on being able to align with and build teams of quality companies and individuals to help accomplish our collective goals. I grew up in organizations who truly believed their employees were their most important assets and I carry those values with me wherever I go.
