KELLY:Responsible for interfacing as the key person between the Maintenance, Operations Commissioning & Start Up business unit, the Major Projects Team, the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) providers, Construction Contractors and the various Vendor Supplier contactsIdentify any required in house and vendor support training for Commissioning & Start Up activities in the Cogeneration Area and assist in the planning, content development and delivery of this trainingSupport the Commissioning & Start Up organizations transition to site and the site staffing plan including recruitment support, identification of Craft support positions and any contract support requiredSupport the turnover processes prior to a system being deemed mechanically complete, including leading system walk downs and punch listing activities. Ensure deficiencies are identified and brought to the attention of the Construction Turnover Manager. Assist in project finalization to ensure as built documentation is submitted for final project Skills and Knowledge:Extensive knowledge and experience with large scale projectsGood leadership and relationship building skills to enable interaction with the various groups encountered on large projectsStrong people, verbal and written communication skills
