My responsibilities also encompass fostering collaboration for instructional improvement, innovating systems to connect educators with electronic resources, and championing professional development in instructional technology. I facilitate access to online resources for instructional enhancement, implement systematic blended learning approaches, and maintain robust communication with diverse educational stakeholders. Additionally, I support leadership teams and educators in adopting research-driven school improvement strategies.
