I\'m a full-time agent and a top producer with over 30 years in sales and business experience. I specialize in representing both buyers and sellers in executive level homes, ranches, recreational land and medical/office investment properties. I have consistently finished in the top 5 individual agents in Wichita and many years I have finished number one. I am a native of Wichita and I am very experienced with the business community. I\'ve worked extensively for Koch Industries, aviation, medical and agriculture. I can provide knowledge and tours for public, private and parochial schools. I’ve raised 2 daughters both Division 1 Scholarship Athletes and can provide knowledge of teen and children’s sports programs and training in the metro area. I was the exclusive buyers agent and sellers agent for the Hawker Beechcraft Aviation CEO and his entire executive team of 12. I was the exclusive buyers agent and sellers agent for the CEO of HCA Wesley, CEO of Cessna, CEO of the Spine Hospital, CEO of Via Christi, and Chief Legal Counsel of Spirit Aviation. I have represented 25 Koch Presidents and Executives and a multitude of medical physicians and professionals. I am very focused on the investment and resale so my clients know to call me long after the sale to ask if an improvement is wise and who to use for resources.
