Manages and implements grants portfolio; cultivates positive relationships across program(s), fund development, and finance teams. Supports holistic integration of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) work throughout the council as a member of the staff Equity Team.* Submits 30-40+ proposals per year; in FY23 is on track to exceed her goal of raising $879,200 in annual grant funds, and $1,165,700 in annual and multi-year grant funds combined.* Manages grants pipeline from research to archives; ensures requirements are accurate and timely, all donor records updated, and progress reports readily available. Partners internally with 10 departments (and six sub-departments/specific programs).* Member of the staff Equity Team (2019 onward). Currently supports development of annual staff DEI training progressions, collection of all staff feedback on DEI training, co-facilitation of staff DEI training discussions, sits on hiring panels. Provides insight on overall DEI staff strategy and resources.* Co-chaired the staff Equity Team (June 2020-September 2022). During this period, the E-Team: began implementing monthly DEI trainings for all staff with external consultant (Future Work Design), worked with external consultant (Future Work Design) to assess, re-focus, and revamp DEI work across the council, and engage all staff in developing DEI focus area plans (E-Team-led).* Workshop session (June 2022): co-planned and co-led a 60-minute staff DEI training on root cause analysis and practical application to help staff develop departmental DEI plans.* Presentation (October 2021): Ideated, co-planned, and co-presented a 25-minute “Infusing DEIA Into Your Grants” presentation for the Girl Scouts of the USA national grants cohort.
