The company has research and development, as well as manufacturing strategically located industries in Americas, EMEA and Asia. My role as the Director of Human Resources is to provide executive-level leadership to the organization’s HR operations by setting, enforcing, and evaluating legally compliant human resources policies that help us ensure that our people are highly motivated, trained, dedicated to continuous improvement, and encouraged to implement our US strategic goals.
