As a Healthcare Principal and Client Account Manager, I lead Perkins & Will’s work with our largest repeat client, HCA Healthcare, as well as Encompass Health. I oversee projects from early planning through construction administration, guiding a team of 40 architectural professionals within our Dallas Healthcare Studio.My experience spans a wide range of project types and scales across the U.S, with active work in Texas, California (deeply familiar with HCAI requirements), Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Georgia, Idaho, Florida, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Arizona, Oklahoma, Utah, Nevada, Maine, Vermont, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia-and internationally in London, England.In 2005, I was one of seven architectural professionals selected to serve on the Texas Department of State Health Services code revision committee. I was invited again in 2019 to contribute to the rewrite of Texas’ healthcare facility codes for hospitals.From 2015 to 2018, I was proud to serve on Perkins & Will’s inaugural Diversity Council, helping shape the firm’s ongoing commitment to inclusion and representation. I am also Lean Green Belt Certified.Since 2007, I have led the firm’s prefabrication and premanufactured construction initiatives, applying innovative delivery methods that enhance efficiency, quality, and speed to market for healthcare clients nationwide.
