To ensure all relevant KPI information is recorded and communicated to all areas of the business within the agreed time frames.• To deliver a professional Resourcing service to the business.• To take full responsibility for the management, development, standards of service delivery for all recruitment. • Holds responsibility for the provision of legally compliant, up-to-date and fit for purpose resourcing advice. • Develop, manage and implement an effective resourcing strategy covering permanent staff, temporary staff, apprentices, etc. • Review and continuously develop resourcing policy, ensuring that people resources are in place to meet the short and long term goals and objectives of the organisation.• Develop innovative and cost effective advertising streams to attract and retain a large, diverse and skilled applicant pool.• Provide expert advice and guidance to managers on the most effective resourcing solutions to meet their needs.• Develop management capability across the organisation to recruit effectively, fairly and consistently within the resourcing policy and procedures. • Build and manage relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure costs of resourcing activity are minimised and controlled.• Develop and maintain systems and processes to ensure accurate management information is provided to the business on all resourcing activities. • Ensure resourcing activity conforms to best practice and current employment legislation.• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of resourcing across the organisation, identifying and implementing improvements which need to be made.• Involvement in HR Generalist Ad Hoc duties as required.• Line management responsibility for Reception team.
