As an HR Business Partner I work closely with employees and management to align the business objectives of the Hillcrest organization and serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues providing HR guidance when appropriate. I work closely with leadership on workforce planning by way of our recruitment strategy, on boarding process, and the promotion and transfer of staff to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. I manage and resolve employee relations issues, conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations and provide HR policy guidance and interpretation. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance and provide day-to-day performance management guidance to leadership (e.g, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). I work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and employee retention.
