About Kelli Rodriguez

With over two decades of experience supporting students and young adults through pivotal transitions, I bring an engaging, student-centered approach to leadership and development that’s nimble enough to meet the evolving needs of today’s learners. I’m a servant leader with a proven track record of building impactful programs across industries and disciplines. With a broad understanding of multiple functional areas, I’m skilled at connecting ideas, spotting patterns, and anticipating downstream impacts at key decision points. I\'m also a confident public speaker and strong writer, able to communicate across audiences and bring a range of perspectives to the table. As a proud Chicana, a first-generation college graduate, and the first law student and lawyer in my extended family, I carry lived experiences that deeply inform my work. I’m the mother of two gorgeously biracial, neurodiverse, and LGBTQ+ children, and I am fiercely committed to cultivating inclusive, equitable spaces wherever my life and work intersect. Outside of work, I’m an avid sports nerd and lifelong athlete. I’ve completed four marathons, twice finished a one-day double-century ride, and at 15, I crossed the Continental Divide on a tandem bike with my dad as we rode from California to Colorado. Whether I’m geeking out over collective bargaining agreements or pushing my own limits, I am unabashedly a windows-down, music-up, powerhouse team-player: always ready to play.
