It takes self-awareness, intention, and a clear strategy. I help people understand what they’re naturally good at—and how to use that to make confident, aligned decisions in their careers and leadership journeys. I’m a Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and career development professional with experience across higher education, coaching, and leadership education. In my full-time role as Assistant Director of Graduate Career Development at American University’s Kogod School of Business, I support MBA and specialized master’s students as they prepare for and navigate the next phase of their careers—whether that’s stepping into leadership, pivoting industries, or building confidence in their professional identity. Through The Millennial Maestro under the Carroll Career Consultants umbrella, I work with individuals through: • Strengths-based coaching & development • Career strategy and personal branding • Leadership readiness and career transitions • Networking and social capital (the authentic kind—not the awkward kind) I also facilitate strengths-based workshops and retreats—virtually and in person—focused on helping people communicate better, collaborate more effectively, and lead with clarity. I’m also a Certified Personal Branding Strategist and speaker who genuinely enjoys helping people see what’s already working—and then use it intentionally. I’ve spoken at national and international conferences and facilitated sessions for audiences ranging from high school students to senior executives on topics like: • Leveraging LinkedIn to build social capital • The ripple effect of networking • Practical uses of AI in career development • Building a career toolkit that actually gets used Growing up with a career development professional as a mother taught me early that alignment matters.
