I bring a diverse history of experiences and integrative insight to my work as a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate in the state of Texas.I believe in a holistic approach to therapy: integrating spirit, soul and body in the healing journey. I believe there is power in presence, of being with and bearing witness to my client’s story. Creating a safe and non-judgmental space is healing and transformative.After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colorado Christian University in 2015, I backpacked through Israel, 8 countries in Europe and India, started my social media management business in Los Angeles, interned with a nonprofit in Kenya, taught English in Brazil, and led group counseling with survivors of war in the Middle East. I am a strong proponent of self-stewardship, and I continually lean into finding the balance of work and rest for sustainable well-being.
