I am a Litigation Partner and General Counsel at Carrington Coleman. I am also head of the firm\'s Professional Liability group and a member of the firm\'s Executive Committee. I have substantial experience in commercial litigation, particularly in the areas of professional liability litigation, including legal and medical malpractice defense; legal ethics; business competition disputes; employment dispute; and other business litigation. Other lawyers also count on me when they need help writing important briefs or analyzing important issues.

   Kelli Hinson is a litigation partner at Carrinton Coleman, where she is the chair of the firm\'s Professional Liability Practice group and the firm\'s General Counsel. She works primarily in the area of business litigation, including commercial disputes, professional malpractice litigation, director and officer liability, and class actions. She has extensive experience advising clients and litigating disputes concerning covenants not to compete, misappropriation, and other issues relating to the hiring, dismissal, or departure of employees. Ms. Hinson also has significant appellate experience.
