About Kelli Hertzog

I\'ve spent my post-grad life of 13 years as a marketing & events professional creating and curating experiences across digital and in-person for both a Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania-based magazine and a multi-family developer of 1,500+ Class A apartment communities. As an innately curious individual, I\'m always on the cusp of new exciting local offerings and the first to brainstorm how to share them with local audiences. From writing blog and social content to creating unique client activations and advertising opportunities while simultaneously bringing experiences to life at events, I live and breathe creativity and strive to bring an experiential approach to all marketing solutions. I\'ve continued my education post-grad with an Executive Event Leadership Certificate from Temple University in 2018 and a certificate in digital marketing from Yale University School of Management Executive Education in 2020.My work and passions are one in the same as you\'ll find me spending my free time frequenting new restaurants, attending unique events, traveling to explore cities, constantly redecorating my home and reading up on the latest marketing and event trends.

   I conceptualize, manage and execute 9+ events per month / 100 events per year across City Center Allentown\'s urban residential portfolio of 14 apartment buildings to create diverse activation and engagement opportunities for 3,500+ apartment residents. I also manage the robust events budget, post-events data tracking and assist on marketing communications strategy. I also advice the Landmark Communities suburban residential portfolio of 4 garden-style apartment communities throughout the Lehigh Valley with events consultation and strategy planning.
