We are excited to announce that Kelli Fogarty is joining Advocus Title while remaining active in the well known law firm of Fogarty and Fugate. As the founder and President of the Chicagoland Association of Real Estate Attorneys (“AREA”) Kelli will now be able to expand and continue her work to promote the value and protections that attorneys bring to the closing process with the support of Advocus Nation title. Kelli is one of the most highly regarded real estate lawyers in the Chicago Metro area and is an embodiment of the virtues that are so central to the mission of Advocus Title. Driven by a dedication to the strong belief that all consumers should have access to legal counsel in what is typically the largest and most complex transactions of their lives, investing in real estate, Kelli hopes to further the long standing Advocus tradition of advocating for attorneys so they can advocate for the consumer.
